These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of WishSnap (the "Service"), a wishlist management service provided by Studio Niimi (the "Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1: Agreement to Terms and Use by Minors
By using the Service, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in these Terms. If you are a minor, you must obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian before using the Service.
Article 2: Service Description
WishSnap is a wishlist management service that allows users to create, organize, and share lists of desired items. The Service is available on both web browsers and mobile applications. Main features include: adding items via URL or image, creating and managing multiple lists, sharing lists with others, price tracking (premium plans), and stock alerts (premium plans).
Article 3: Modification of Terms
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users through the Service or other appropriate means.

Article 5: Handling of Personal Information
The Company handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Chapter 2: Fees and Charges
Article 6: Service Usage Fees
Users are responsible for all costs associated with using the Service, including internet connection fees and device costs.
Article 7: Premium Plans
The Service offers premium plans that require payment. Premium plan features and pricing are described on the Service website.
Article 8: Payment
Premium plans use Stripe for payment processing. Payments are processed automatically through subscription billing. Once paid, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Article 9: Plan Renewal and Cancellation
Premium plans automatically renew unless cancelled. To cancel, users must follow the cancellation procedures specified by the payment processor at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Note: Uninstalling the app or stopping web access does not cancel the subscription.
Chapter 3: User Obligations
Article 10: Account Management
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
Article 11: Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from: violating laws or regulations, infringing on intellectual property rights, sending confidential information, engaging in fraudulent activities, interfering with the Service, or any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company.
Article 12: Service Restrictions
The Company may suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities, without prior notice.
Article 13: Account Deletion
Users may delete their accounts at any time. Upon deletion, all user data will be permanently deleted. Premium subscriptions will also be cancelled, and no refunds will be provided.
Chapter 4: Content Handling

Users retain ownership of content they create but grant the Company a license to use such content for Service operation and improvement.
Article 15: Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to the Company or its licensors.

The Company collects and uses information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Chapter 5: Changes and Termination

Users may not transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms. The Company may transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a business transfer.
Article 21: Validity
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Article 22: Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
Article 23: Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
